A lifelong resident of Washington state, raised in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains and on the beaches of the Salish Sea, Chase lives in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood where he can fish for salmon, freedive for sea cucumbers or drop pots for Dungeness crab from his kayak before work.
