Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground venison any ground meat is great
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Ground sage
  • Coriander
  • Chili powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic minced
  • ½ onion diced
  • ¼ red pepper diced
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • Flour tortillas burrito size
  • Shredded cheese
  • Avocado oil or olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees
  • Add a small amount of olive oil to your cast iron pan and heat to medium
  • Add ground elk meat and season with seasoning spices (or taco seasoning packet). Brown meat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add diced onion, minced garlic, and diced red pepper. Cook together for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add can of drained black beans
  • Cook filling together for another 2 minutes, making sure ground meat is cooked through
  • Assemble your tortilla with a small layer of cheese, topped with your cooked filling, and topped again with cheese
  • Fold tortilla so nothing will seep from the ends and roll tightly without breaking tortilla
  • Spray folded burritos with avocado oil spray.
  • Cook in preheated air fryer for 5 minutes
  • Enjoy!
