  • 1 lb ground venison
  • ½ sweet onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 15 oz chopped pineapple
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • 10 oz tomato soup
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • White or brown rice optional


  • Brown ground venison with onion. Add remaining ingredients until cooked. Serve over rice.
