Mule deer are a migratory species. Every winter, they move down from the mountains and forage in the sagebrush within their winter ranges. Upon the arrival of spring, they begin their journey back up to higher elevations. This journey coincides with the spring green-up, and each year, mule deer follow the green wave of vegetation up into the hills until they reach their summer range. This information fuels science-based conservation efforts lead by researchers, volunteers, and landowners as they work to protect summer ranges, winter ranges, and migration corridors across the West.
The fabric is a blend of 60% combed cotton and 40% polyester that is soft out-of-the-box with ideal stretch for maximum comfort and fit. Printing uses a water-based technique generating a design that is soft and pliable after one wash with no cracking over time and minimal environmental impact compared to typical petroleum-based printing processes.
