Remi Warren is constantly seeking new and accessible adventures whether at home or some far-off foreign mountain. He spends the majority of his life in the wild as a public land hunting guide, outfitter, writer, and tv personality. To him a hard hunt is a good hunt, believing the hunts you struggle and work for are the ones you will remember forever.
Hunt To Eat is honored to collaborate with Remi. Not to mention, he's a great reminder to Live Wild and Hunt Hard.
About Remi Warren
After high school I made my living in various aspects of the outdoor industry. Working as a hunting guide, outfitter, outdoor writer, photographer, videographer, and TV personality.
At the age of 22, I opened Montana OutWest Outfitters in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana, specializing in elk and deer hunts on public land. Later I expanded my operation by booking hunts in New Zealand and Africa.
Aside from guiding I was also the host of a television series titled Apex Predator airing on the Outdoor Channel. On this show, I studied the uniqueness of a single animal. Through a series of experiments I learned how I could adapt that animals techniques. I then trained and went into the wild attempting to replicate what the natural world had taught me.
I am also the co-host of Solo Hunters on the Outdoor Channel. The concept of the show, I go into the mountains and film my hunts alone. This has been a challenge that I love: playing the role of hunter, cameraman, producer, and adventurer simultaneously.
I have also taken up hosting episodes for Under Armour's digital Ridge Reaper Series. These are short films following my adventures in the mountains.
When not guiding or filming, I work as a field editor for Western Hunter Magazine, sharing hunting tips and tricks I have learned along the way.
You may also catch me on episodes of MeatEater TV produced by Zero Point Zero Productions. Hunting alongside my friend Steven Rinella across the globe, harvesting and preparing wild meat along the way.
